Get cosy while we transport you with the magic of sound - It's time to Expand.

April is the beginning of the Spring and it brings an opportunity for us to expand and blossom. This journey will help to boost your energy levels.

During our Sound Baths we use a variety of instruments to help you enter a state of deep relaxation commonly know as 'rest and digest' mode where the bodies natural healing processes take place.

The session includes 15 minutes of intention setting, meditation and breath work followed by a 60 minute sound journey.

During the sound journey it is important that you are as comfortable as possible so please bring:
